I use the clipless coupon method and one of the tools that helps me to find the coupons that I need is the coupon database from A Full Cup. The site has a LOT of information on it but I am not as big a fan of the organization of it all so I stick to the blogs for all the other info that I want, but I have never found a better coupon database than this one.
How it works in a nutshell:
· First, sign up with a username and password. I haven’t gotten any spam from them but I do get an occasional email.
· Next, click on Coupons and then Coupon Database.
· Then type in what you’re looking for. This can be a brand or general product. For example, if you’re looking for General Mills cereals, you can type General Mills and find lots of coupons for their brands. Conversely, if you just need cereal and you don’t need a specific brand, just type cereal and you will get a long list of cereal coupons.
· Now that you have a list, look through the category on the left to determine your source. There are printable coupons, coupons from the newspapers, store tearpads or blinkies and other sources.
· Finally, pick your coupon, clip or print and get shopping!
I love this tool so much because whenever I have a need for something that is not usually on my shopping list, I just type it into the database and about 8/10 times there’s a coupon that I can use so I don’t have to pay full price!
